1. Who is responsible for the web site and who will be responsible for the information I provide?
The web site is operated by; Extreme Sounds Ltd (the Operator). The Operator will control the information which you provide on registration and at other times during your visit to the site. 2. What will happen to the information I provide?

If you would like us to remove your information from our database or if you no longer wish to receive information about our products and services, you may notify us by e-mail to info@extremesounds.org
If at any stage you would like to check or amend the information held by us about you please contact us by sending us a letter to our stated address enclosing a cheque made payable to Extreme Sounds for £5.00 to cover our costs. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before making any disclosure of information held by us.
By unsubscribing from the website, we will delete all information stored within your profile and disable all links to it. However, we will keep your e-mail address to assist us in ensuring that such address is not used again in the future; we will not use it for any other purpose. Furthermore, all information that has been provided by you or about you in the past, including all messages and photos, will be kept on the website (available to other users) along with your associated username but they will not be linked to your profile. If you want to change your username prior to unsubscribing, such change will apply to all such historical information. Contact details will be kept for six months after you unsubscribe, in order that we can assist in any issues involving misuse of the website.

These e-mails and any attachment(s) are strictly confidential and are solely for the person(s) at the e-mail address(es) above. If you are not an addressee, you may not disclose, distribute, copy or use this e-mail, and we request that you notify the sender and delete this e-mail.
E-mail transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. The sender therefore does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of this message, which arise as a result of e-mail transmission.
